Our approach

Ajaar is built to meet the requirements that card networks and payment partners set for adult content platforms. Safety controls apply at every stage: who can sell, what can be published, and how problems are handled.

1. Seller verification

Every creator and manager is verified before publishing or receiving payouts: government ID, liveness check and age confirmation (18+) for individuals; company documents and beneficial-owner checks for management businesses. Verification is carried out by a specialized third-party provider, with sanctions and PEP screening.

2. Pre-publication moderation

No content goes live without review. Every upload is screened automatically (including hash-matching against known CSAM databases and AI classifiers for age and prohibited content) and then reviewed by a trained human moderator. Livestreams, if offered, are subject to real-time monitoring.

3. AI content safeguards

AI personas must be fictional adults, clearly labeled, and must not resemble real people or minors. We screen for real-person likeness and minor-appearing characters, and we reject content that does not meet our standards.

4. Fan age assurance

Visitors must confirm they are 18+ before entering. Where required by law in a visitor's jurisdiction, we apply additional age-verification measures.

5. Report content

Anyone, with or without an account, can report content they believe is illegal or violates our policies:

Reports involving potential minors or non-consensual content are prioritized and the content is restricted immediately pending review. All other complaints are reviewed and resolved within 7 business days. Anyone depicted in content who did not consent may request its removal; we will remove it.

6. Appeals

Sellers and users may appeal a moderation decision by email to guilhem@brixmgmt.com within 30 days. Appeals are reviewed by a different moderator from the one who made the original decision, and we respond within 7 business days.

7. Cooperation with authorities

We report suspected CSAM to NCMEC and cooperate with law enforcement and our payment partners. We keep records required by law and card network rules.
