Creator Terms

1. Scope

These Creator Terms apply to creators and to the talent managers or management businesses that operate creator profiles on their behalf ("Managers"; together, "Sellers") who sell content through Ajaar, operated by Glints Management LLC. They apply in addition to our Terms of Service and Content Policy.

2. Verification (KYC / KYB)

Before publishing content or receiving payouts, every Seller must complete identity verification through our third-party verification provider, including a government-issued ID and a liveness check confirming the Seller is at least 18. Managers operating as a business must also complete business verification, including company registration documents and identification of ultimate beneficial owners. We may request additional information at any time and may refuse or suspend any account that does not pass verification.

3. Team and manager accounts

A Manager may operate multiple creator profiles. The Manager is responsible for ensuring that every profile it operates complies with these Terms, that it holds all necessary rights and consents for the content it publishes, and that each team member with access is authorized and bound by these Terms.

4. Content requirements

You may only publish content that complies with our Content Policy. In particular:

where a creator's messages are handled by a Manager or team member, this must be disclosed on the creator's profile in line with our Terms of Service;
AI-generated content must depict fictional adults only and must be clearly labeled as AI-generated;
no content may depict, resemble or reference real people without their verified identity and documented, written consent;
for any content featuring a real person, you must hold and provide on request proof of age, identity and consent for every individual appearing;
no content may depict or suggest minors, non-consent, violence or any illegal activity.

5. Moderation

All content is reviewed before publication through automated screening and human review. We may decline, restrict or remove any content at our discretion, and we may suspend accounts for violations. Sellers may appeal moderation decisions as described in our Trust & Safety policy.

6. Fees and payouts

Ajaar charges a platform fee on each sale, as set out in your Seller agreement or dashboard. Earnings, net of platform fees, refunds, chargebacks and applicable taxes, are paid out on a regular schedule to the verified payout method in your account. We may hold or delay payouts where needed to investigate fraud, chargebacks or policy violations, or where required by our payment partners or by law. A reserve may apply to new accounts.

7. Chargebacks and refunds

Refunds granted to fans and chargebacks are deducted from the Seller's balance, together with any associated fees. Sellers with excessive chargeback or refund rates may be suspended.

8. Taxes

Sellers are responsible for declaring and paying taxes on their earnings. We may collect tax information and issue tax forms where required.

9. Intellectual property

You keep ownership of your content. You grant Ajaar a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, distribute and promote your content on the Platform for the purpose of operating the service. You confirm you own or hold all rights to the content you publish.

10. Termination

Either party may end this relationship at any time. On termination, outstanding earnings will be paid out after deducting any amounts owed, subject to any hold period required to cover refunds and chargebacks.
