Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Ajaar (the "Platform") is operated by Glints Management LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of Wyoming ("Ajaar", "we", "us"). These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Platform as a fan or visitor.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher, to access the Platform. By using the Platform you represent that you meet this requirement and that viewing adult content is legal where you are located. We may require age verification where required by applicable law.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. One person may not hold multiple accounts to evade restrictions.

4. Purchases and payments

Content is sold by creators through payment links on the Platform. Every purchase is a one-time payment; Ajaar does not offer subscriptions or recurring billing. Prices are shown in the checkout before you pay, including any applicable taxes. Payments are processed by our third-party payment partners; we do not store full card numbers. Charges appear on your statement under a discreet billing descriptor, shown at checkout. Creators may work with a manager or team to run their account and communicate with fans.

By completing a purchase you authorize us and our payment partners to charge your payment method once, for the amount shown.

5. Access to purchased content

After a successful payment, the purchased content is unlocked immediately. You can access it again through the link in your purchase confirmation email.

6. Refunds and disputes

Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy. If you have a concern about a charge, please contact our support team first; we aim to resolve billing issues quickly.

7. License to content

When you purchase content, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view it on the Platform for your private, non-commercial use. You may not download, record, copy, redistribute, resell or publicly display content except where the Platform expressly permits.

8. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

• harass, threaten or abuse creators or other users;
• share, leak or redistribute content outside the Platform;
• use stolen payment methods or make fraudulent purchases or chargebacks;
• attempt to access the Platform if you are under 18;
• circumvent security, age-assurance or moderation measures;
• use bots, scrapers or automated tools without our written permission.

9. Content standards and reporting

All content on the Platform must comply with our Content Policy. If you see content that you believe is illegal or violates our policies, please report it as described in our Trust & Safety policy.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect users, creators or the Platform. You may close your account at any time.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ajaar is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Platform is limited to the amounts you paid to us in the 12 months before the claim.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the laws of your country of residence.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes before they take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
